Edward A. MacPherson, 68, died peacefully on Thursday March 28th, 2024 at Portsmouth Regional Hospital brief illness. He was surrounded by loving family and friends.
Raised in Peabody, MA, he was the son of the late Donald A. and Mary (Mendonca) MacPherson. Eddie worked for the Portsmouth School System since 2000.
He is survived by his loving daughter Lisa and her husband Dan, his 5 loving grandchildren, his loving brother and sisters and girlfriend Denise.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on April 14th at 12 p.m. at Rye Harbor State Park, 1730 Ocean Blvd, Rye, NH 03870, followed by a gathering at the New Franklin School, 1 Franklin Ave, Portsmouth, NH 03801. In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations be made to The Ed MacPherson Fund, New Franklin School, 1 Franklin Ave, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
