Joseph A. “Joe” Carter, 72, of Seabrook, formerly a 15 year resident of The Villages in Florida, passed away Monday April 1, 2024.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joe’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Assistance with arrangements was by the Remick & Gendron Funeral Home-Crematory, Hampton.
